We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to add you to our early-access list. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who receives it
To deliver your message to our inbox, the form uses Web3Forms (Backinstall Software Solutions) as a processor; your submission passes through their service and is emailed to us. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may hold your message in our email provider (Proton Mail).
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete it, unless you have asked to stay on the early-access list — in which case we keep your contact details until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise any of these, email realestatebytheblock@pm.me. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising. The only thing stored in your browser is a small preference (light or dark theme), kept locally on your device — it does not identify you and is never sent anywhere.

Where a processor stores or handles data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision). Our hosting (Infomaniak) and mailbox (Proton) are based in the EU / Switzerland.
